Method – Step-by-Step
Step 1: Prep Your Watermelon
Cut the watermelon into chunks and remove seeds if it’s not seedless. Make sure it's chilled for the best flavor. You’ll need around 4 cups.
Step 2: Add Everything to the Blender
Throw your watermelon chunks into the blender along with mint leaves, lime juice, water, and honey (if needed). Blend it until it's completely smooth – it should look almost frothy on top.
Step 3: Strain the Mixture
Use a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth over a large bowl or pitcher. Pour the blended mix through and press with a spoon to extract the juice, leaving behind pulp and mint bits.
Step 4: Chill and Serve
Let it chill for about 20 minutes in the fridge so the flavors can blend. When ready, pour over ice in glasses and garnish with a sprig of mint or a thin watermelon wedge.
