Equipment

  • Equipment Needed: Pitcher or large jug, citrus juicer, cutting board, knife, stirring spoon, measuring cups

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle 750ml dry white wine (like Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup orange juice fresh is best
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup triple sec or orange liqueur optional for extra citrus punch
  • 2 tablespoons sugar or honey adjust to taste
  • 1 orange thinly sliced
  • 1 lime thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup mango slices optional but amazing
  • 1/2 cup club soda or sparkling water added just before serving
  • Ice cubes for serving

Instructions

  • Prep the Fruit
  • Slice the orange and lime into thin rounds. Cut the pineapple and mango (if using) into bite-sized chunks. Set aside.
  • Mix the Base
  • In a large pitcher, pour in the wine, pineapple juice, orange juice, lime juice, and triple sec. Stir well.
  • Sweeten It Up
  • Add sugar or honey to the mix and stir until dissolved. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  • Add the Fruit
  • Drop in all the sliced citrus and tropical fruit. Give it a gentle stir to distribute everything.
  • Let It Chill
  • Cover the pitcher and let it sit in the fridge for at least 2 hours, or even overnight. This helps the flavors blend beautifully.
  • Add Fizz and Serve
  • Right before serving, pour in the club soda or sparkling water. Add ice cubes to each glass or directly into the pitcher.

Notes

Variations to Try
1. Alcohol-Free Version:
Swap the wine for white grape juice and skip the liqueur. It’s just as refreshing and kid-friendly.
2. Red Sangria Twist:
Use red wine instead of white, and add strawberries and raspberries along with the citrus.
3. Low-Sugar Option:
Skip the added sugar or use stevia or monk fruit sweetener. Use unsweetened juices to keep it lighter.
4. Herbal Kick:
Add a few mint leaves or basil for an extra layer of flavor.
5. Sparkle More:
Instead of club soda, try flavored sparkling water (like lime or pineapple) for a fun spin.
